Web design is the main offering. Everything else exists to support it, and you only pay for what your business actually needs.
A modern website for your business, built around clear service information and easy-to-read layouts on any phone.
A refreshed design for a site that still works but no longer looks current, with clearer navigation and better organization.
Quote forms, inquiry forms, and connections to the booking tools you already use, so requests reach you instead of getting lost.
Ongoing content updates within an agreed plan, so your site stays accurate after launch.
Why Torres Marketing
You get someone who answers, knows the area, and tells you the truth about what your budget can and cannot do.
Start with a quoteNo call center and no handoff between strangers. The person who designs your website is the person you talk to.
El Paso and Las Cruces businesses serve specific neighborhoods and seasons. We write and design with that in mind.
We ask what you can spend before suggesting anything, then scope the project to fit it.
You see the website before it goes live and tell us what to change. Nothing launches without your approval.
Need updates handled? We can keep that going under a simple plan. Prefer to run it yourself? That works too.
How it works
Share what you do, what you want the website to do, and the budget you have in mind.
We put together the pages and features that fit, with a written quote before any work starts.
You look over the preview and we discuss changes until the site reads the way you want.
The approved website goes live, and ongoing updates can be arranged if you need them.
Affordable options
Cost depends on the pages, features and support you need, so these are scopes rather than fixed packages. One-time website work and ongoing maintenance stay clearly separate, and approved projects are invoiced through Square.
One-time website work
For a business that needs a professional presence online, clearly done.
One-time website work
For a business with more to show, more to explain, or bookings to take.
Ongoing plan, quoted separately
For after launch, so the website keeps matching what your business is doing.
We do not publish package prices, and we will never quote your project against somebody else's website.
About
Rene Torres is the owner and web designer behind Torres Marketing. Originally from El Paso, he now works out of Las Cruces and spends his days building websites for the kinds of businesses he grew up around — landscaping crews, coffee shops, family restaurants, and neighborhood stores.
He likes the part where a business owner finally has a website they are not embarrassed to hand out. That means plain language, a budget talked about early, and a design you have actually seen before it goes live.

Common questions
It depends on the pages, features and support you need, so we do not publish a fixed price. After we review your project we send a written quote for that specific scope, and ongoing updates are quoted separately from the website itself.
Often, yes. Tell us what you can spend and we will be honest about what is realistic at that level. If we cannot do it well at your number, we will say so instead of cutting corners quietly.
Yes. We start by looking at what your current site does well, then rebuild the design and navigation around that. You keep your content and your address, and the site simply reads better.
We build quote and inquiry forms into the site, and we can connect the site to the booking tool you already use or would like to use. Tell us how you want requests to reach you.
Every website we build is designed for phones first, because most local customers arrive on one. We check the real thing — text size, buttons, forms and load time — before launch.
Yes. Hours, menus, photos, services and promotions can be handled under an agreed maintenance plan. Ongoing updates are scoped and priced separately from the website project.
Your business information, your logo if you have one, any photos you want used, and the address or link to your current website or social profile. If something is missing, we will help you fill the gap.
Timelines follow a review of your project rather than a standard promise, because a three-page site and a site with booking features are not the same job. We give you an estimate with the quote and keep you updated as it moves.
